In this episode, we delve into The Natural Law of Free Will Choice—a universal principle that transcends religions, philosophies, and democratic values.

Free will choice empowers us to shape our lives and collective destiny. It influences every aspect of our existence, from the values we uphold, the careers we pursue, and the relationships we build, to the larger decisions that affect our communities, businesses, and governments.

In today’s discussion, we’ll unpack the components of free will choice:

  • Living consciously with purpose and meaning.
  • Recognizing the consequences of choices—whether personal, financial, or political.
  • Embracing the responsibility inherent in our rights.
  • Choosing our responses to life’s events, even those beyond our control.

Through this exploration, we’ll examine how conscious decision-making can move us toward greater alignment, equity, and purpose. Together, we’ll consider how our choices influence not only our personal journeys but also the broader world we inhabit.

Are you ready to live fully engaged, make empowered decisions, and bring your unique gifts to the world? Tune in to reflect, recalibrate, and reawaken your power to choose.

Choices – The Natural Law of Free Will Choice.

The natural law of Free Will Choice is a teaching that is fundamental to world religions and philosophies. It is also the cornerstone of democracy.

Free will choice, whether in politics, in business, in communities, organisations serving others, promotes the power to choose. Our own futures and collective destiny is determined by the manner in which we each exercise our own free will choice.

The principle of choice cuts across all aspects and areas of our lives – from whom to vote for; what we eat; the careers we choose; whom we marry; what values we base our lives upon; how we raise and educate our children; what cultural and Spiritual practices we engage in.

Daily, we are faced with an infinite number of choices,  influenced by parents, siblings, friends, colleagues; by a bombardment of information from marketing and advertising, books, trends and public opinion – some well-founded, some based on ignorance; some well meaning, others not so much. Where each of us find ourselves and the results we are achieving at any given time,  are the sum total of all of the choices that we have made up to the point in time we are examining.

The world is a paradox – emerging from the tyranny of generational choices that led to the policies and politics that separate instead of unify; that impinge on the choices of others in our need to be right. To continue living this way upon our planet, is unsustainable.

The energy and the consciousness of the world is changing to one in which tolerance, unity and equity is the desired state.

There are lessons for all of us to learn from the context within which we live, move and engage in our world. Regardless of where we live on the planet, which country, state or government, choice – is the golden thread that leads us to the outcomes that we realise as we go about our daily living. Choice is a universal law, with each choice having consequences that are either positive, moving us forward, neutral, keeping us in the status quo or seemingly negative, where we feel we are going backwards, or regressing. Most though, spend their time blissfully ignorant of this powerful and empowering natural law, unhappy with the results of their lives, heaping blame on others – it’s the politicians, the banks, the organisations, the taxis on the road, upbringing, childhood, parents, life circumstances and anything that directs focus from one’s personal responsibility for choice.

Free will choice is something that each of us is responsible for. Living life consciously means that in every moment of every day, one is aware of the impending choices that need to be made in order to live life on purpose, to be a contributing, empowered, healthy and functional individual in the country, the context within which we live.

So what are the components of Free Will Choice:

  1. Living life consciously – with meaning and purpose, consistently recalibrating each and every day back to aligning with that meaning and purpose
  2. Understanding that there are consequences for and of choice – whether this be personal choices, family, community, financial, business and leadership choices and political choices
  3. Responsibility for choice – and there is the Universal Bill of Human Rights, inherent in these rights is responsibility – or as I prefer to tap into the energy - our ability to respond. Rights cannot come without responsibility
  4. Freedom to choose our responses to life events that occur in and around me over which we have no control - past, present or future. How we choose to respond to these life events both positive and negative is indeed our choice.

Whether or not we choose to be a contributing member in our lives, those of our families, community, worklife, businesses, as citizens in the broader landscape of the political, economic and social contexts within which we live, the path and unfolding of our lives, is in our hands.

I have the opportunity to choose my purpose and meaning over the pressure of conforming to what others want of me, right over wrong, to live my life fully engaged and willing to bring my gifts and talents out into the world as my contribution in the unfolding of my story, of our story.

I know my choice – do you know yours?
